Un angolo di Montalcino a Tokyo: è l’osteria “Bru.sta” (www.brusta.com), sigla che sta per
“Brunellista”, uno degli indirizzi più cool della capitale giapponese. Tutto merito del proprietario, Tsunashige Nishiyama, che rimasto folgorato dopo un viaggio a Montalcino, ha deciso di promuovere il Brunello tra i suoi connazionali. Qui, tra tavoli e arredi rigorosamente made in Toscana, tutti fanno la fila per degustare Brunello e mangiare ribollita ascoltando l’opera. Nella carta dei vini oltre il 70% delle etichette arriva da Montalcino, con 60 produttori diversi.
